Our training is based on three pillars:
1. How to Properly Perform Each Cleaning Task
Our training program provides detailed instruction on our cleaning, maintenance, and construction protocols. Team members learn the most effective techniques for tasks such as dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, installing drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and more.
2. How to Do It Safely
Safety is a priority in both cleaning and construction services. We provide extensive training on safety procedures according to OSHA Standards to ensure that our team members perform their duties safely and confidently. This includes instruction on the proper use of cleaning equipment, handling of chemicals, operating power tools, understanding SDS sheets, PPE usage, ladder safety, and precautions to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.
3. How to Perform According to the SOP Designed for Your Building
During the partnership process, we will design a detailed and tailored Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based on your specific needs. The SOP is then translated into a practical and simplified Task Schedule, covering both cleaning and construction services. This ensures that all tasks—whether installing windows, painting, or maintaining your building—are performed systematically and efficiently. There’s no room for guesswork, as all the details our employees might encounter are already addressed in the schedule.
